"I picked these up from my local Whole Foods without any prior recommendations. I was in my second trimester and still feeling nauseous. Once I started on these prenatals, I haven't had recurring nausea. I think the high concentration Vit. B helps. Also ginger helps in keeping nausea down. I don't have trouble swallowing these pills because they are in capsule form and slide down the throat easily. I can only hope they're doing their job since I haven't had the baby yet."
