"I've used Nature Made Prenatal vitamins for over 4 years now--from pre-conception (you need to have folic acid even before you know you're pregnant)to today, when I am on the tail end of weaning my son and getting ready to try for another baby. They are fairly small--so easy to swallow--and I've never had any nausea after taking them, as can sometimes happen with large-dose vitamins. I highly recommend these vitamins--even if, as the other reviewer mentioned, you aren't trying to get pregnant or support nursing."
